Booking & Payment:

Session Fee: A non-refundable session fee is required to secure your booking. This fee covers the time and talent of the photographer, as well as basic post-processing and editing. The session fee does not include digital images or prints unless stated otherwise.
Retainer: A [percentage] retainer is required upon booking to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due [before/on the day of the session].
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods may include: credit/debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, AfterPay etc. [payment methods may vary between sites/bookings, and are subject to change. Rescheduling & Cancellation:

Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule their session with at least 5 days' notice. In case of inclement weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, I will work with you to find an alternative date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the session to avoid forfeiting the retainer. If cancellation occurs less than 2 days before the session, the retainer may be forfeited.
Late Arrivals: Sessions will start and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, but the full session fee will still apply.

Session Duration: Session lengths vary depending on the type of session booked. Please arrive on time to ensure the full session can be completed.
Outfits: Clients are responsible for providing their own wardrobe unless otherwise specified. Outfit changes may be allowed depending on the session package.
Props: Clients are welcome to bring props that are meaningful or enhance the session. Any special requests should be discussed prior to the session.

Editing: The photographer will edit and deliver the best images from your session. Extensive retouching or additional edits may be subject to an extra fee.
Turnaround Time: Digital proofs will be available within 10 days of the session. Final edited images will be delivered within 12 days after proof selection.
Gallery Access: You will receive a link to an online gallery where you can view, download, and order prints. Galleries will remain available for 365 days. After this period, a fee may apply for gallery reactivation.

Copyright Ownership: All images are copyrighted by the photographer. The photographer retains all rights to the images, including the rights to use them for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.
Client Usage: Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share images for non-commercial purposes. Images may not be edited or altered without the photographer’s permission.
Social Media Sharing: Clients are encouraged to share their images on social media but must give proper credit to the photographer (e.g., tagging or mentioning the business).

Print Quality: It is recommended that clients order prints and products through the photographer’s professional lab to ensure the highest quality. The photographer is not responsible for the quality of prints made through third-party vendors.
Product Delivery: Prints, albums, and other products will be delivered within [number] weeks of ordering.

Refund Policy: Due to the custom nature of photography services, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once a session is completed and images are delivered.
Reshoot Policy: In the unlikely event that technical issues arise during the session or editing process, a reshoot may be offered at no additional cost.

The photographer is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the session. The client is responsible for their own safety and the safety of any individuals present.

In the event that the photographer is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, injury, or extreme weather conditions, the photographer will make every effort to reschedule the session or provide a refund if a suitable alternative date cannot be found.
